How To Check If Your Phone Is supported eSIM

Devices imported from China do not support eSIM.
Please go to our app > Profile > at the top of the screen you will see whether your device supports eSIM or not.

  • If you have an iPhone and are unsure – go to Settings > Cellular and check if there is an option called “Add eSIM.”

  • If you have an Android and are unsure – go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager and check if there is an option called “Add eSIM.”

If the option exists – your device supports eSIM and you can go ahead with your purchase :)
If not – we’ll be waiting for you with your next device.
