To purchase a phone number with any country code you choose, follow these steps:
Open the app and go to the “Phone” section
Tap “Add Number”
Select your desired destination, which will determine the country code of your new number
Choose the desired duration for using the number
Complete the payment, and the number will be available for use in the app under “Phone”
Important to know:
Each call minute is charged based on the destination of the contact you are calling
Payments are made using ESIMONEY. Don’t worry—we’ll notify you before your balance runs out, and you won’t be charged beyond that 😊
You can top up ESIMONEY at any time through the app quickly and easily
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection throughout the process
Does my number include incoming SMS and is it suitable for activating services?
When you go to App > Phone > Add Number, you can choose an option for a phone number that includes incoming SMS, as indicated by the blue checkmark shown in the image.
Until when is my number valid and how can I extend its validity?
No worries! We’ll remind you before your number expires. You can check the remaining number of days at any time in the app under “Phone”. You can also tap the “Extend” button at any time to extend your number’s validity. Once payment is completed, the validity will be extended immediately, and you can continue using your number 😊
What is the price of purchasing a phone number?
To check the rates, go to App > Phone > Add Number. There you can see the price for each country code. Any calls you make will be charged using our ESIMONEY currency, according to the rate of the destination you are calling, as listed under “Rates.”
