My data plan ran out — what should I do?

If your purchased data package has run out, you can easily “refuel” (add more GBs to your plan) directly through the app.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the eSIMo app and tap “My eSIM.”

  2. Tap on the expired package (you’ll find it under “Archive”).

  3. Tap “top up”

  4. Choose the amount of data (GB) you want to add and complete the payment.

  5. Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds (with Wi-Fi off) and then turn it off again.

  6. Continue browsing freely — no additional steps are needed. The package will automatically refill.
